When I had a problem with my HVAC and called them, a technician, Ryan, arrived the same day and quickly determined the issue – a problem with the heat exchanger. We are very pleased with Shelton’s Air Worx and with the new HVAC unit they installed a year and a half ago. We recently had a problem after a power outage in the area. They came out promptly when called and took care of the problem. They are professional, reasonable, and fair. I would highly recommend them for new installs and/or repairs. This is absolutely the best heating and air company around. Our unit broke at the beginning of summer and we had so much trouble finding anyone willing to do the work for us but Shelton’s Air Worx not only responded every time we contacted them, they made us feel like they valued our business which is something many other companies we contacted did not do. We felt they went above and beyond for us. They were quick, professional, informative, and efficient. The price was on par with other quotes we’d gotten but they took the price of the service call off of our installation which we appreciated.
